Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 builds on Windows 10 Pro version 21H2 (released November 2021), adding additional features designed to meet the needs of large and midsize organizations (including large academic institutions), such as advanced protection against advanced security threats, complete OS deployment flexibility, upgrade and support capabilities, and comprehensive device and application management and control capabilities.

The image of the Russian version of Enterprise LTSC was upgraded to IoT using an activation key. I know that the original version of IoT Enterprise LTSC in Russian does not exist. But Microsoft created a loophole that people took advantage of a long time ago. I did not carry out the translation of Windows, only the update.
