Description
In this class you will have access to short, medium and long duration bodywork practices.These practices include working with various breathing patterns (a.k.a.: breathwork), shaking, tapping, affirmations or self-massage. When done consistently, one can enjoy one or more of the following potential benefits:- Ground awareness in the body- Discharge intense negative emotions- Enhance focus and diminish chaotic thought patterns- Diminish physical pain or tension in the body- Bring accuracy in speech & actions- Bring staying power in all endeavors- Reach overall states of relaxation- Help improve sleep.Uploads range from 8 to 40 minutes.Each video practice includes detailed explanations or descriptions of the flow, if needed there are also safety instructions, as well as any other important aspects (regarding place, temperature, texture of the surface you are working on, etc.) that you need to consider for doing the practice successfully.At the moment of publishing this class, the instructor (Liana) has facilitated these practices for over two years on a daily basis in her community. She has worked with groups both in-person and online, as well as facilitated them in individual coaching sessions. These practices have had numerous benefits, especially for those that have done them over long periods of time.Enjoy this class!Liana will see you at practice!
